A heritage Hong Kong noodle brand needed to grow direct online sales and reach younger buyers without losing its traditional identity.

Strategy

We ran conversion-optimized performance ads alongside 200+ KOL and micro-influencer collaborations, testing creative continuously and concentrating spend on the highest-return festival promotions.

Results

Facebook reach grew 169.2% to 3.8M, and the best festival promotion delivered a purchase ROAS of 137.18, roughly $10 returned for every $1 spent.
